Morrison stays on the attack and hits the Flying Chuck and hits the Running Knee Smash, but can’t make the cover as Riley pulls him out of the ring. Morrison flips and beats the tar out of him then props him on the barricade and hits the Knee Smash to take him out. Miz sees what is happening from in the ring and looks a little worried as we go to a commercial. When we get back Miz has part of the guardrail set up on the stage and he backdrops Morrison on to it, then slams his head off the corner of the stage. Miz drags Morrison towards the center of the ramp and throws him down it and is getting more upset as Morrison keeps getting up and kicking out of pins. Miz hits him in the head with a crate and rolls him in the ring then kicks him in the head a few times and screams “you aren’t better than me”. Morrison fights back with right hands then clotheslines Miz and tries for a pin, but he only gets two.

Morrison hits a side Russian leg sweep and goes for Starship Pain, but Miz gets out of the way and hits a backbreaker/neckbreaker combo and waits for Morrison to get up. Morrison fights off a Skull Crushing Finale attempt and Morrison hits Starship Pain but Miz kicks out and Morrison can’t believe it. Miz tries grabbing Morrison but Morrison hits a Pele kick and knocks Miz out of the ring, and he sets Miz up on a table on the outside. Morrison goes for Starship Pain again, but Miz rolls off the table and Morrison crashes through it, and Miz still only gets a two count! Miz takes a step back then grabs Morrison and hits the Skull Crushing Finale on the floor and makes the cover to retain his title.
